The balcony is covered and has a unique view over the Copenhagen Canal with the entrance to Nyhavn, Inderhavnsbroen and Knippels Bro, as well as over the city's rooftops.

The apartment comes with a parking space for the parking garage and a storage room.

The apartment also includes access to Papirøen's own concierge, who, with the help of a highly developed service gene, can work miracles and make the impossible possible. Miracles are delivered from day to day, while the impossible can have a delivery time of a few days. In practice, the tasks can vary from the procurement of rare castle bottlings to practical tasks, which range from booking chauffeur drives to practical handling of package reception and servicing of the residents' cars.
