From the living room there is access to the house south-facing terrace and garden.  The parents' section is furnished with a bedroom, private bathroom with jacuzzi and a spacious walk-in closet. At the opposite end of the house there is a separate children's/teenage section with two rooms, another bathroom and a practical storage room. The first floor consists of a large landing with space for a cozy/reading area or office. There are two large bedrooms, another bathroom and an impressive south-facing balcony with a view of the garden and the area all the way down to the forest.

The garden is completely unobstructed, facing south, which gives sun most of the day. There is a carport and an insulated outhouse as well as good storage space, a robotic lawnmower and a jacuzzi. The villa is quietly located on a dead end road with direct access to footpaths that lead to both school and forest - ideal for families with children who want safe surroundings and beautiful surroundings close by.
