The apartment is located in the top of the building, even though it is only on the second floor. There are also 2 terrasses, one of them located to the east with a view over a lake, and the second one to the west. Here you can enjoy the summer nights, with good space for dinner. 

There is only a 10 minute walk to Trekroner station from the apartment. From here, the train drives directly to Copenhagens Central Station, with a duration of 20-25 minutes. The apartment is also close to Roskilde and nature.  

Private Parking spot also follows, and is included in the rental. 

The apartment is rented out for a duration of 3 years.
